EFES Consulting UK LTD (Company Number: 13087903) was founded by Alpay BURÇ in London (United Kingdom) on December 17, 2020 for the purpose of providing professional consultancy services in areas that require special expertise such as finance, corporate governance, fund management, initial public offering (IPO) process, listing & trading on Stock Exchange, branding, foreign education, mediation in commercial affairs, Turquality national brand-building program both in the UK & Turkey. Having over 25 years of experience in the public and private sector and an academic career, the Founder has based his company’s philosophy on the principles of "Quality, Confidence, Convenience" and set out with the slogan of "Stronger together".
